Alert Channels
Configure how you receive alert notifications.
Alert channels define where notifications are delivered when an alert is triggered.
Available channels
| Channel | Description |
|---|---|
| Web Push | Browser push notification, even when the app is not open |
| Email sent to the configured address |
Adding a channel to an alert
When creating or editing an alert, scroll to the Channels section:
- Click Add channel.
- Select the channel type.
- For Web Push — select a user to notify.
- For Email — enter the recipient email address.
- Click Add.
You can add multiple channels to a single alert to notify several people at once.
