Organisation Settings
View and update the details shared across your organisation.
An organisation is the workspace that holds all of your devices, dashboards, alerts, and members. Everything you see in rabbit | iot belongs to exactly one organisation, and you're always working inside one at a time (you can switch between them if you belong to more than one).
Editing organisation details
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Choose Organisation settings.
- Update the organisation name.
- Click Save.
The name appears throughout the app and in notifications, so everyone in the organisation sees the change.
Editing organisation settings requires the Owner or Administrator role. If you don't see these options, your role is Member (view-only). See Members & Roles.
Members
From the organisation area you can also open Members to see who has access and what role they hold. Managing members is covered in detail on the next page.
Not sure which organisation you're in? Its name is shown in the sidebar and in the account menu. Double-check before making changes if you belong to several.
