Dashboards

Build live pages that show exactly the device data you care about.

A dashboard is a page you build yourself out of small panels called widgets. Each widget shows live data from one device and metric — a temperature chart here, a tank level gauge there, an on/off indicator next to it. Dashboards are how you turn raw readings into an at-a-glance view tailored to your work.

Open them by clicking Dashboards in the sidebar.

Viewing a dashboard

  1. Click Dashboards in the sidebar.
  2. Pick a dashboard from the list.
  3. The widgets update automatically as new readings arrive — no need to refresh the page.

Your organisation can have as many dashboards as you like — for example one per site, one per team, or one for a specific report.

Creating a dashboard

  1. On the Dashboards page, click New dashboard.
  2. Give it a clear name (for example Cold Storage or Field Sensors).
  3. Click Create.
  4. Start adding widgets — see Widgets.

Editing or deleting a dashboard

Open the dashboard and use its settings to rename it, rearrange its widgets, or delete it when it's no longer needed.

Dashboards are shared with everyone in your organisation. If you rename or delete one, your colleagues see the change too. To tweak how a widget looks just for yourself, use widget personalisation instead.
