Logging In
How to sign in to rabbit | iot for the first time and every time after.
To use rabbit | iot you need an account. Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator — there is no public sign-up page.
Signing in
- Open the web address your administrator gave you (for example
https://app.yourcompany.com). - Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign in.
Once you sign in, you land on the Home overview of your organisation. From there you can reach everything else using the sidebar on the left.
Don't have an account yet? Contact your organisation administrator. Self-registration is intentionally turned off so that only invited people can access your data.
If you have two-factor authentication enabled
If you (or your administrator) have turned on two-factor authentication, you'll be asked for a 6-digit code after entering your password. Open your authenticator app, read the current code, type it in, and continue. See Two-Factor Authentication for the full setup.
Trouble signing in
- Forgot your password? Use the password reset link on the login page.
- "These credentials do not match our records." Double-check the email address and that Caps Lock is off.
- Locked out after several tries? For your security, repeated failed attempts are temporarily blocked. Wait a minute and try again, or reset your password.
Signing out
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Sign out. For shared or public computers, always sign out when you're finished.
