The Home Overview

Understand the at-a-glance summary you see right after logging in.

The Overview is the first screen you see after logging in. It's a one-page health summary of your whole organisation, designed to answer the question "Is everything okay right now?" in a couple of seconds.

You can return to it any time by clicking Overview at the top of the sidebar.

The summary cards

Across the top you'll find four numbers:

CardWhat it tells you
Total devicesHow many devices are registered in your organisation
Online devicesHow many are currently reporting normally
Offline devicesHow many have stopped reporting within their expected window
Alerts todayHow many alert notifications have been sent so far today

If Offline devices is higher than usual, head to Devices or the Map to see exactly which ones went quiet.

Recent activity

Below the cards, the Overview shows three short lists so you can spot anything unusual without digging:

  • Recently active devices — the last few devices to report, with their zone and whether they're online.
  • Recent events — the latest entries from the activity timeline (alerts firing, devices going offline, values out of range, and so on).
  • Recently triggered alerts — alerts that have fired most recently, with the device and metric involved.

Click any item to jump straight to its full detail page.

The lists are deliberately short — they're a snapshot, not the full record. For complete history, open the Events section or a device's Measurements.
